10 reasons to write even more love notes

A small post-it stuck to the fridge, a small personalized bookmark, a long fiery letter:there are 1001 ways to write your love to your companion. So, we do not deprive ourselves of it, and this for at least 10 reasons:

1/ The euphoric reason:it makes us happy. Yes, love makes us a little silly. Writing to someone that we love them dearly makes us show smiles worthy of that of a little girl who has done something pretty stupid. We mischievously slip our sweet words into an unsuspected place and wait for him to discover them as if it were Christmas morning. As for him, when he falls on it, he will have little stars that will sparkle in his eyes in champagne mode and will reveal all his teeth. Terribly cucu but also delicious. The bonus? It's like playing ball against a wall:by sending lots of love, we will receive it with the same power. Positive psychology texts say so. So, we assume, we have fun and we love each other!

2/ The romantic reason:it strengthens our relationship. By keeping these marks of tenderness despite the passing years, we continue to maintain our love flame, we twist the blow on a daily basis and we throw bits of hot pepper on our complicit relationship. A good way to strengthen it and make it last even longer!

3/ The hippie reason:it makes the world more beautiful. Ba yes, on our scale, we put a little more "Peace and Love" on this earth. The class.

4/ Pragmatic reason:it occupies our moments of boredom. In the morning during our cereal, it wakes us up. During the sandwich break, it cuts our working day. At the café, it allows us to pretend that if we drink our cup alone in a corner, it's because we have a lot of super important stuff to write. And in the evening, it offers us much more interesting entertainment than the umpteenth Sunday rebroadcast on TV.

5/ The old school reason:it allows us to write "the old fashioned way". Not only do we continue the practice of the pen (crazy), we try to draw pretty letters like the teacher of CP had shown us, we try to write without fail and without the help of self-correction, all on real paper, which you can put in a real envelope whose rough glue you lick with pride. A very nice little trip back in time from which you come out enriched!

6/ The artistic reason:it stimulates our creativity. On a post-it? On a letter scented with rose water? In the shape of an origami casserole? Humorous, naughty, passionate or poetic style? With drawings, collages, scribbles? It's up to you. Very fun and challenging. So let's get loose!

7/ The already nostalgic reason:it will be beautiful memories to keep. When you're 72, you'll leaf through them with tears in your eyes, telling yourself that you loved each other very much and that your life is really great. A nice happiness investment and a fully programmed old age occupation, in short.

8/ The economic reason:stocks are sold off. We no longer knew what to do with our stacks of post-its stolen at work and these stationery given by dark friends on our last birthday. So since we don't have a chimney, we make these papers profitable, all without feeling guilty.

9/ The fashion reason:it gives us an old school side super stylish. Retro is in . This epistolary and terribly romantic conservatism gives us the air of a rebellious poet or an anonymous marquise of the 21st century. Wow…

10/ Reason on:maybe it will make us go down in history. Who knows, maybe in 2700 years future men (or little green men) will stumble upon it! Amazed by this historical (and literary!) value, they will take us into museums. It's possible...right?
