Bumble's Official Ranking: Top Cities for Finding Serious Love This Summer

Love is something we all seek, whether at a glance on the metro, with a complete stranger on the dance floor at 4:30 a.m., through a best friend, or even someone we've quietly admired for years. It's elusive—close enough to touch, yet quick to slip away. While meeting someone felt easier in the past, today's daters often compare finding a stable love relationship to securing a decent apartment in Paris. However, trends are shifting: both men and women are increasingly open to commitment, often via dating apps.

Where to Find Love This Summer?

To provide clarity, the dating app Bumble commissioned a study from RWB (Research Without Barriers), surveying French singles on their dating expectations, relationships, and app usage. Key questions included: “Have you used a dating app this year?”, "Why do you think people use dating apps?", “Have you had a beautiful love story from an app?”, and "What do you want from a dating app?" Respondents answered candidly, revealing a clear trend in four major cities: 1 in 2 people want to use dating apps for serious relationships. Explore these cities where singles are most open to commitment.
