Everything was off to a good start. You were good together . You only had eyes for your partner . Until the day he decided to leave you . To dump you. Without warning. Like that. Like a need to pee. A pattern that hurts the ego

To achieve this result, the team of researchers presented 600 people with several situations breakup to find out which is the worst pattern for them. In the study published in the journal Personality and Social Psychology , it reads that “being left out for another person was the most hurtful scenario " . “This may be because rejection promotes feelings of exclusion and instead affects the sense of belonging" . It also instantly causes a loss of trust itself.

As 2022 dawns, ghosting is also one of the most painful reasons for breaking up. To be left without an answer, without an explanation is like real torture.
