Our Exclusive Postcards: Brighten a Friend's Day with Thoughtful Gestures

It's official: my close girlfriends are feeling the autumn blues. One is weighed down by the ongoing Zwarte Piet debate, another by relentless rainy days, and we're all reeling from recent political shifts like 'The Donald' taking the helm in the US. These are challenging times, especially for women who often experience seasonal dips more intensely than men. That's why I'm planning to lift their spirits—and hope they do the same for me! 😊 How? It's simpler than you might think. Do you send cards to show you care?

Sending a card: always a success!

As working moms at MamsatWork, we've learned that when warmth is scarce, you create it yourself. Women often feel the chill more acutely, especially this season. While apps and emails have their place, nothing beats the personal touch of a physical card. Christmas cards prove it—they're sent in droves. But why limit it to holidays? An unexpected card in the mailbox is pure joy (mourning cards aside, of course).

In the past, my card stash overflowed only at Christmas—impractical, especially for belated birthdays. Now, I stock up year-round. My motto: you can never have too many cards, just like handbags.

Enter Joyce from MamsatWork, who teamed up with a talented designer to create our own stunning postcards. The design process took time, but printing was swift, and the results are fantastic! Proud of these custom MamsatWork cards, we're boosting your collection too. Love them? Enter our giveaway below.

Perfect moments to send a card

Life offers endless opportunities to send encouragement. Here are some favorites from our experience.

Send a card to your mother

Is Mom feeling overlooked? A heartfelt card on her doormat can make all the difference. Mothers especially appreciate personal gestures. Try ours: “Good moms have sticky floors, dirty ovens, and happy kids!” It's real life, and she gets it. 😊

Bonus: It's perfect for a friend juggling kids, work, and worries. Skip the perfection— a simple boost of support goes far.

A card for that enterprising friend

World trip? New business? Celebrate her milestone with “Live your dream, don't dream your life.” This resonates with power women—and dreamers alike. It's Joyce's longtime motto, gifted by an aunt years ago.

A heart under the belt

Women often doubt themselves amid life's noise. Support friends, sisters, or moms with “If it works for you, don't care about what others say!” Ignore the critics—do what feels right for you and your family.

A card that always works (just like coffee)

No occasion needed to reconnect with your bestie. Ditch WhatsApp; a card sparks real joy. Can't meet? Even better reason for snail mail. “Coffee is always a good idea”—same for cards! In a Zwarte Piet, autumn, or Trump funk? Pair it with wine night. 😊
