If you're traveling in Alsace with kids, Parc du Petit Prince is a must-visit family destination.
Location
Opened on July 1, 2014, the park welcomed over 200,000 visitors in 2017. Inspired by aviation, astronomy, space travel, and nature with live animals, it's located in Ungersheim, Alsace.
Parking and Reception
A spacious free parking lot is available right at the entrance, with shuttle services too. At the ticket office, we met the Little Prince mascot—perfect for family photos.

Attractions
Spanning 24 hectares, the park offers diverse rides and activities for all ages. Here's what we tried:
- Aérousel: A plane-themed carousel that's a hit with young children.

- Hot Air Balloon: Two balloons offer stunning aerial views—even vertigo sufferers enjoyed it. A top attraction not to miss.

- Trampoline Park: Indoor trampoline sessions with music and dim lights for high-energy fun.

- Courrier Sud: Interactive indoor scavenger hunt through rooms—best for older kids, tricky for little ones.
- Desert Dew: Outdoor water jets, ideal for summer. Tip: Pack swimsuits, flip-flops, and towels.

- Le Serpent: A snake-shaped train ride since 2017—gentle and thrilling; our son rode it twice.

- The Volcano: Inflatable play zone under a tent (0-7 years), featuring a unique robotic crocodile.

- Le Serpent Boa: Small outdoor playground—worth a quick stop.
- Refreshing Path: Misting alley for cooling off on hot days.
