As seasoned family travelers who've explored aquariums across Europe, we recently enjoyed a memorable Sunday outing at Sea Life Aquarium in the Val d'Europe shopping center (77). Doubts about a mall-based aquarium? Fair enough—but this one defies expectations. Tucked underground, it features expansive pools teeming with sharks, giant tortoises, and penguins in a chilled habitat.

On the heels of the "Sonic the Hedgehog" movie release, Sea Life Val d'Europe offered kids (and nostalgic adults!) an immersive Sega adventure. Catch it on its final day this Sunday!

Visitors receive a Sonic activity booklet upon entry, guiding them through interactive challenges amid sharks, starfish, octopuses, seahorses, and crabs to collect emeralds. The secret word? “CRAB” (whisper it!).
